Hi and welcome to our site! Thank you for visiting. We are a Chef-driven, mobile restaurant on wheels. We are combining the best of the food truck culture with a high-quality menu. Our culinary focus is on authentic East Coast food. We prepare our food fresh daily, using our authentic family recipes. We use a combination of local ingredients, slow-cooking techniques, and imported specialties. But, while all that is important, our hard work would be nothing without YOU our customer.

As a food truck, we are part of an industry called the hospitality/service industry. Everything we do is focused on hospitality and service. We consider our customers to be our guests. Every person who visits our food truck is treated as if they were a guest in our home. Our small staff make this philosophy possible. We work together to do everything we can to ensure that our guests have a great experience the first time and come back. We believe in a welcoming, personal, and engaging experience for all our customers
We show genuine friendliness and concern, we know the rest will all fall into place. We are part of the hospitality/service trade, and we will do everything we can to show our guests outstanding hospitality and service. We are very grateful for their loyalty, and we know our success is tied to it, and that is why we make such a big deal about how we treat our guests. After all, they are indeed our guests and many have become friends, and we will always go above and beyond to make sure that our guests are treated well.

Chef William was born and grew up in South New Jersey. He was influenced at a very young age to cook. Many members of his family are responsible for his passion for food. Chef William has over 30 plus years of experience in culinary arts. He has worked all over the country in restaurants, casinos, and hotels. (Too many places to list.)
Chef William specializes in Italian and French cuisine, but is very accomplished in other various cuisines. He has spent all those years perfecting his craft, learning from other chefs, to be a better chef. But he has always had a special place in his heart for the New Jersey diner culture, his true roots.
So it is in this tradition that we bring you EAST COAST EATS! As you all know behind every successful man, is an amazing woman and family to support and encourage him.

While our current menu features specific items, Chef William is a trained Chef eager to design custom menus. We offer catering and can create specialized dishes tailored to your event’s needs, bringing culinary expertise beyond the daily menu. Think of our regular menu as just a starting point! We love working outside the box for catering, using Chef William’s training to curate unique, custom experiences for our guests. We can do breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty items. Thank you!
